1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lexo365 ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including law firm administrators, lawyers, and staff members.

2. Description of Service

Lexo365 is a practice management platform for law firms, providing tools for client and matter management, time tracking, billing, document management, and AI-assisted legal workflow automation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law, including rules of professional conduct governing lawyers in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all client data, matter information, documents, and other content you upload to the Service. Lexo365 does not claim any ownership rights over your data. You grant Lexo365 a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Lexo365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Lexo365 is a practice management tool and does not provide legal advice. You remain solely responsible for all legal advice given to your clients.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request a data export for 30 days. After that period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
